Following the findings of an assessment in the Government, Private or Third Sector, EGG-Tanzania intervenes through a specified memorandum of understanding with the concerned stakeholders to carry out capacity building or maintenance.
Interventions cover formal and non-formal education institutions and individuals in primary, secondary, teacher training and adult education, and take the form of coaching, mentoring, training, maintenance and modelling of good practice.

Our assumption
There was a need and demand for an organisation to intervene in capacity building of formal and non-formal education institutions and individuals in primary, secondary, teacher training and adult education institutions in the government, private and third sector, particularly in areas of coaching, mentoring, training, maintenance and modelling.
